Seat for a Schwinn Mesa GSX 2002

I was wondering if anyone had a seat that they removed from a 2002 Schwinn Mesa GSX. I was lucky to get the last models before they went to Walmart. I know most people tend to change the seats right away. I recall looking at the seat and thinking, "That's gotta go!" I thought it looked too small, and too hard compared to a cushy gel seat I had on my previous bike. I tried it anyway and I love it.

I got a new bike but I hate the seat with a passion. Does anyone have one that they would be willing to sell? It is smooth, black leather with silver sides and a Schwinn logo on the back. From nose to tail it is approx. 11 inches, the widest part of the seat is approx. 7 inches across, and it is about 1 inch thick.

Any help here guy's? Even if you don't have one, but have had the bike, seen the seat, could you recommend a seat that has similar characteristics? I haven't found a website which states measurements of thier seats and from looking the the LBS, they are all different sizes. I have my first, new, road bike, (Giant OCR2) and the seat has a semi rough finish. My shorts will not slide on the seat for adjustments and then the shorts start to bunch up in a very uncomfortable position. I am not concerned with the addition of a few grams on the bike, because it won't matter when I can't ride because my butt is chafed.

I've got one on my bike right now if you need any info about it. Don't know how much I could help you though.

Any saddle will do.
