Your Favorite Obstacles?

Hello. I'm about to build a trail in the woods at my grandparents house. I have some ideas like I'm going to make many log crossings, a tabletop, and a major jump with a bit of a runway to get some speed. Also, I plan on putting a board across the creek a 3-4 foot fall into the creek if i mess up. but i was wondering what obstacles on your local trail that you guys really like?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I like gap doubles because they intimidate me; but the most fun are step-downs and especially step-ups.

I plan on putting a lot of technical obstacles just to step up my game in that particular category. Can you recommend any log setups that are difficult but not like insane? I have an idea for one. I will put one long ways to one side on the trail and make a bit of a dirt lip to get up to it. then i will chop the top of it slightly flat just so that i get slightly bettter traction. I also plan on having one or more rock ledges.

My favourite obstacle is anything I can get a little air on.

I love urban drop offs. I live in a decently hilly city so, there are plenty of them.

Good sized jumps, minimum 10 feet high, 20 ft gap. Anything smaller and you'll always be n00b.

Yea i just wish that my front fork could handle that. I need to wait a while before i can get a decent fork on my bike. Or else i'll bust the seals on my suntours. hahahahah they still work fine. Why fix something if it's not broken?

How about a couple of logovers that are a little bit closer than a bike lenth apart, some nice spicy rock gardens and route your trail through some tree gaps that are just a little bit wider than your bars.

I know this is probably weird but I love sand or silty dirt - I love hitting it with speed and being tossed about, going almost sideways trying to get out of it. Would be easy to add a "sand trap"... not certain its as fun as logs or drops...

I auctually find sand pretty fun. As long as im on my mtb. I was at the beach one time and hit a very small mound of sand probably 1/2 inch high on my loaded pintail longboard. It was like i instantly hit a brick wall. I went flying almost into a passing couple that were walking i was pretty embarrased hahaha

Are you pro?

Logs, you can make a woodend rollover to simulate a large log... Just make sure you have a bash guard...
