new bike, full suspension opinions

i started out on a hardrock that i have upgraded some, but people say i should quit upgrading a beginner frame and just get a new bike. so i have saved up some money and was thinking of a full suspension.i am looking at a specialized camber comp do you think this is a good choice as far as full susp go and is it a bike that is worth upgrading at a later date if needed.
or should i save some more money and buy a different model or brand.still have to wait a couple of months im just researching for now all help and opinions is appreciated.

If the Hardrock has been enough to get you by so far, the Camber Comp will be a tremendous upgrade. Unless you plan on going competitive with mountain biking, I don't think it will be necessary to upgrade the components. You may need to replace some over time, but upgrading is something I would only do to a bike like that if I had lots of spare cash around or a sponsor. But I know plenty of people who have mountain biked for years on bikes much cheaper than that.
