Best full Suspension for under $1500.
I have a dillema. I was going to get the Jamis Parker 1 for $1100 on jensonusa. However i went to a bike shop yesterday that sells jamis and they steered me more towards the Jamis Dakar XLC Sport and the Diamondback sortie 1. However i dont know anything about these bikes and they are more XC than freeride or Am. I was kinda wanting an all mountain for the downhill sessions down the mountain. Are there any other good full suspensions for either between $1000 and $1500. I also looked at the Felt virtue sport and really liked it but the 2011 model is a lot more and by the time i get the money they wont have a 2010 in my size. So what are your opinions on what i should do?

You can probably get some end of year deals right now, depending on where you live. I recommend going around to all the local shops and seeing what they have before making a decision. $1500 is towards the bottom of the range for full suspension but there are plenty of good bikes at that price. Unfortunately it's an individual choice and people just like different bikes, so the choice is largely up to you.

Is there a huge difference between the dakar xc and the dakar xcr? I know one of them has a coil rear suspension and one has like an air cyclinder but whatr the difference on the components?
