Depends a lot on what you like to watch. Everyone likes something different and that's cool. :D |
kranked is an awesome movie too...they do some extreme **** there...i have only kranked 4...5 is the newest...get it if you can.
|
I am starting to feel like i have watched a different collective to everyone else. But Im voting for NWD4
|
Nah, we just don't get as many bike videos as everyone else down here in Aus. So when we get big hit videos, we love it. In other places they've just been flooded by them, so they're getting tired of them.
|
Yeah i suppose. But NWD4 hasnt got ALL big hitting stuff in it (Whoops, there it goes again)
|
ITs also the filming of it I would say. nwd, kranked etc all have similar action shots. (always utah PUKE)...the collective was about the riding and not the terrain.
Its like people talking about why you liked Lord of the Rings vs Harry Potter. They are similar in the idea but the filming and plot line are signifigantly different. NWD4 is a dang good movie. number 2 on my list pretty easily. NWD5...top 10 maybe (except the aussie part, I need to get down there to ride) |
Yeah, come down to Adelaide. I'll take you to Fox Creek, Bennetts Hill and the usual tracks we ride down here!

Before I buy the collective, can someone check out something for me?
Is it subtitled in english, or is it closed captioned for the Deaf? To see if its closed captioned, you'll need to look for that little CC symbol, or a cartoon balloon symbol on the package, OR set your TV to CC1 (Caption1) and see if it is... I'd love to know if any other DVD's are captioned also, either subtitled or closed captioned is fine. I'm betting no, they aren't :( |

I'm betting no, they aren't :( Probably 90 - 95% or more of the entire soundtrack of most mtn biking vid's I own (Krankd, Chain Reaction, NWD, ...) is music (with the exception of some of the bonus out-take type stuff which sometimes has some dialogue) so I think the cc or language subtitles would be virtually non-existent during the vast majority of the film (unless they cc the song lyrics). |
