Cheapo warm gear for fall/winter
 

I live in Georgia and our winters are cold but rarely icy/snowy. I am also broke as a joke but i was wondering if you guys knew what i should look for when investing in warm gear to go mountain biking in... I Work for a landscaping company so i work outside all day and i usually wear 3 or so sweaters gloves and facemask haha.

Georgia proper? Well one sweater should do if you're not sub-freezing. Sounds like you need a wind-breaker jacket ... ?

GA/AL weather felt much colder than here in CO....that humidity gets you down to the bone.

Got another piece of hightech gear last night: 100% merino wool sweater at ARC for $6.
Frequent your local thrift shops for wool base layers & put what you want on top of that.
