Gary Fisher Rig Stem
I bought a 19" Rig and LOVE the bike, but my back hurts after awhile of riding and I feel pretty stretched out on the bike. I had a Trek 69er last and didn't have this problem. How would I go about getting the right size? It looks pretty long but not sure on the size thats on it, I believe they all come with the same one? I bought the bike from a trek employee so it had very little miles on it. Any suggestions as to brand / size would be great as well.
Also thinking about going tubeless, is it worth the hassle? I am learning rythem jumps at Rays MTB in Milwaukee on the bike and keep getting pinch flats and figured maybe the tubeless would help?

Measure the length of the stem on your bike...otherwise it's pointless making length suggestions.
To avoid pinch flats, run a bit more air in your tires.
