do you smell that? that is spring. i can feel it. it's like someone flipped the switch, and overnight we went from "doldrum mode" to "exciting fiesta mode." there is an energy in the air, the sun is out and warm, the trails are dry. it's a biological response, telling me spring has sprung. it's time to ride bicycles!

OH CRIMEINY, now I expect to see pictures of you and some of the crew in ballet tights dancing a "Welcome to Spring" number with violins in the back ground. Get a grip Pablo talk manly stuff.
OTOH-you are right it feels great. We had the hot tub rocking all weekend.

Wow, it sneaks up, eh? Guess I better brush the green out of the water jugs, toss a cup of lime in the porta-pot and get the RV ready for going to the races . . .

Next-best thing: HDTV in a three-state bounce via SSB/CB radio.
Ahhhh . . . you live in a four-season wonderland too? As in: snow, mud, dust & wildfire.

Won't be riding for a while here...still lots of snow. Hopefully we can zip over the BC border and hit up some stuff over there soon.

Right now, Japan.
It's been 60-75*F in the afternoon for the greater portion of the last month in GA. After getting the SV650, strapping the bike on the bike & heading to the trails is no longer an option (because the SV looks nice & I intend on keeping it that way) but I should have my build done shortly after my tax returns get here. After that I'll be good for weekends when I can use the madre's car to head to the trails. I agree 100% with the energy in the air though. I just took the GF Wahoo out earlier today for the first time since November. It was on the road, but I found some dirt/poorly paved roads (as in literally just asphalt slapped onto the road with no roller or anything to smooth it out) to keep me entertained. Can't wait to finish the build & get the FS out on the trails for the first time.
