whats a good light weight all mountain wheel?

Just got a DB mission 2 and the wheels are very heavy. i do believe they are Sun Equalizers. Looking for a durable but lightweight all mountain wheelset thats not gonna break the bank to bad. Was kind of checking out the 2011 Azonic Outlaws but im so new to this sport im really not sure what to look for. Also what are the pros/cons to going tubeless? Thanks in advance for any help.
