Knee over Spindle? How is your MTB set up?

Setting up my new Tallboy. Because mountain biking is more dynamic than road biking, I am researching whether or not MT bike set up includes the Knee over the spindle. How many riders use the KOS as opposed to the knee ahead or behind the spindle. Is your seat a lowerhigher than your road bike?

Thanks

Same as my road bike, which is close to KOPS, works for me personally.

I use KOS as a baseline- haven't changed that on either my HT or DS bikes. My seat is generally at the same height though if I am riding extremely rough terrain, I lower it on occasion.
