So I have a warped disc on the rear of my mtb (rockhard sport disc) anyways.... i can't seem to find a exact replacement online... it says the following on the disc

tektro
160
a2

i can find tektro 160's but non say "a2" on them

what does the a2 designate if anything?

TIA

It isnt that bad, i was thinking of coaxing it but wasnt sure that was a good idea with a spinning peice of metal.... designed to keep me from falling flat on my face :) but yeah I will try that...still want to know what the A2 is about

Unless it looks like a taco right now, its safe to make it true again.

Either buy a rotor truing tool or take the wheel to the LBS and have them do it.

Otherwise any 160mm rotor will do as a replacement.

I have two different Tektro discs on my bike. pretty much any 160 will work, as the above member said. You might need to readjust the caliper in or out depending if you are switching to or away from concentric/scalloped rotors.
