Jump in the pool and do some quick laps to cool down, then hop in the tub and chill for 1/2 hour while drinking beer #1. Get out of the tub, drink beer #2.

Call girlfriend, see if she wants to come over. When she gets there drink beers #3-#6.

And then......

Mine favorite was beer, now that I don't drink (1 month so far) I guess a banana and OJ works, although not quite as refreshing as the cerveza.

I just felt the need to quit, just because. Who knows how long it will last, but it is good for me now. Although it is a little difficult because all of my friends tend to drink, which means either I probably need to find a little bit of a different circle to pass the time with. It's funny how hanging out while everyone around you is getting trashed isn't quite a fun sober. All the funny, interesting conversation frankly is annoying and the hot women are not nearly as enticing.

Beer is not so good... I've tried various types and it just isn't my thing. Normally after a long ride, I'll just plop down in front of the computer. Occasionally I'll eat after I get home, but normally I'll just stop and eat at a restaurant on my way home.

Ok, you'll think it's gross, but I freakin' love:

a huge tub of vanilla yogurt mixed with grapenuts, granola, and unsalted roasted peanuts. Yum!
