Too bad the dude didn't also rear-end her with his car in the parking lot. She likely would've kicked his car while claiming whiplash.

ya the guy might have be a bit close but had that woman not locked up her brakes in the middle of trail there would not have been a problem. there are just some people that should not even be allowed on a bike.

She shouldn't have overreacted like she did. Accidents do happen on all trails, but throwing your bike at someone because of an one is a bit immature. I found it a little over-the-top when she sat down and noticed her trail buddies coming back to the spot and she started holding her leg like there was something majorly wrong.
Props to the guy for keeping calm and at least admitting to the accident

Bicycle Repair Man !!!
All I could think was that it was like looking at a little pink storm trooper (and that was bad of me)... she was justifiably upset after being rammed but seriously... wtf stops dead in the middle of a trail.
Did that root and the 6 inch drop freak her out or something ?

Bicycle Repair Man !!!
Of course... if someone slammed me from the rear when I wasn't doing anything as dumb as stopping in the middle of a run I'd chuck their bike of the side of the mountain too.
This video has been around for a while...

Guy screwed up. Admitted it. She was doing more damage to herself throwing hysterics than by the hit. WHY did she come to a dead stop on a trail!? Didn't see anything in front of her.
Our camera boy prolly wanted a good video and got carried away. Video has now surpassed Evel Knievel as a bad influence in bicycledom.
I have not dated her, but I swear I dated her role model.

The guy rammed her from behind. It was clearly his fault for not riding in control and not paying attention. Not sure why the girl is blamed here.

I take it you have not ridden a downhill trail at a ski resort and had someone suddenly stop in the middle of the trail right in front of you.

they are both wrong
hes going way to fast for that trail and he should be on a different track.she was way to dramatic for such a small hit.look at all that gear thats one thing i dont miss about mtb at all as opposed to road biking.but one thing is for sure hes a very cool dude.

In a situation like this, you're often looking in front of them. So they become predictable. You see something in front of them, you're slowing at the same time as them. Same in a car. Somebody slams on the brakes when the light is green they might get hit.
I don't know why it's women that often do this, but 'tis so. No idea what's going through their mind. Even worse is a group of them running in a pack. Trail or otherwise. See them running together and you'd better be ready for anything. Sudden unanounced U turn or anything at all.
