Got No Suspension?

Hello everyone!

I was just wondering, with newer models, they still make Mountain bikes without suspension forks? Or do I have to go out and find one of those old junky models?

Yes, they're called stouts.

A lot of 29ers are stouts

Rigid forks in both wheel sizes (26" and 29") are pretty common these days. You can always swap out a suspension fork if you like.

Also check out redline. They make geared rigid bikes. Also GT Peace is another rigid geared bike.

That Surly above isn't intended to go fast at all. It's for the beach, snow, or whatever goofiness you intend to do. Maybe pedal from NY to the UK?

What do you mean by "old junky model"? I guess you would consider my Trek 7000ZX a (old junky model)...
