Ideal Bike Size?

I don't have a bike shop nearby so I have to order one off on online shop. I'm interested in either the Cube Analog Disc or the Cube Attention. Here are my measurements:

Height: 6 feet 5 inches
Leg size: 36.5 inches

Should I get the 20" or the 22"?

I'm 6'1" and anything less than 20" is usually too small for me.
