Skareb super lockout

I tried searching with no luck so sorry if this has been asked. Before I even bring my fork in is the lockout serviceable on a 2003 Skareb super? I don't have the money to buy new forks and mine are nearly new (NOS) and just figured I would see if you could service the lockout or if you replace it when I fails. It currently is stuck locked out, got stuck after going over a speed bump.(go figure)

I doubt that you'd be able to find a replacement, have a look at a service guide:

Thanks, but I'm going to choke down the pride and bring the fork in, a local company here emailed me back this morning already and apparently he has replacements for this fork (if he can't repair) and affordable enough that I might as well.
