Suggest me a WIDE VENTILATED shoe

I'm currently very happy with the fit of my Lake MX170's in 44 wide- perfect fit for my clubby foot. I tried about a dozen others before buying these, and even the wide versions of all the rest were narrower, or if wide enough had to be 1-1 1/2 sizes too big overall.
So these Lakes were great in the cooler months, but they have poor ventilation and are filled with sweat by the end of a ride.
What I'd really like is a wide shoe with both ventilation plus drain holes in the bottom like some road shoe have. My terrain is too rocky to consider spd-sandals.

Suggestions? THX!
