Identify this Rigid Fork: Ti Uppers, Carbon Lowers, Cantilever, False Stanchion Guard

I just picked up a city bike with this odd rigid 26er fork. The uppers are titanium, lowers are carbon. It has a brake bridge and cable stop for cantilever brakes. It has rubber stanchion guards, although it doesn't have any suspension! The ti uppers insert directly into the ti lowers, and these rubber sleeves are apparently aesthetic only.

Any guesses what this is?

Scott Unishock... I think.

The elastomers inside the fork are probably hard as rocks or have turned to dust.
