Trying to break a chain !!!

Ok so I just got my new bike parts in and realized that I don't have a chain tool.....to make a very long story short I cannot move my wheel or crank and need to take the chain off to replace a whole bunch of parts....anyone got an idea of how to do so, without a chain tool....I don't have a hack saw !!!

I had one, but it busted to chain tool becauase the tension on the chain was soooo much because of a broken derailleur hanger...and the chain. and hub and wheel....long story....anyway, I ended but using a blow torch to cut through it....very excessive, but fun as hell.
