Is it possible to upgrade 6" Avid mech. brakes to 8"?

It seems like the only difference is the rotor (obviously) and the mounting bracket for the caliper. Is there anywhre you can buy just those parts with out getting a new caliper, too?

Everywhere should have the parts needed. All online stores, lbs's and maybe even the kid up the street. I know I have a tonne of spare hayes adaptors lying around
