Cube LTD Pro or Boardman HT Team?

Hi,

Longtime BF lurker, and finally inspired to get a (decent) bike. Based on budget, bike preferences and availability in local shops, I've narrowed it down to two options:

1. CUBE LTD Pro

2. Boardman HT Team

Also a distant 3rd was a SCOTT Scale 60, but read some negative reviews.

What do you think?

I've actually never heard of either brands, but the cube really stands out to me...then again, they both look pretty nice. I'd prob go with the cube simply because of the choice of components/tires/rims/ect.

Thanks for the info Peacob. I'm in Europe and I don't think the Cube is big in the US. I think I prefer the Cube, but I just wanted to make sure that the components are of good quality.

The components on it make up a great mid-leve bike. It really all depends what kind of biking you'd like to do. I feel most people buy much more than they need when it comes to what they intend to do with the bike (me included). But thats just because sometimes people want nice things, and theres nothing wrong with that... but when buying a first rig, i'd always atleast make sure it meets your current needs, and then from there you can build on to it.
