Differences in Trek Hifi, 2008 and 2011?
 

Hi everyone,

I've been looking at full suspension, XC oriented 29ers and have been test riding a 2011 Hifi Pro at a local shop. I just found a used 2008 Hifi for sale online. Besides the component differences, does anyone know if the bikes are significantly different? The frames look pretty similar - not sure if there are geometry or suspension differences.
Any ideas?

Completely different frames. The 2011 model has the Active Braking Pivot in the back.
