Get one of those big rubber balls and learn to stand on the ball on your head.

It took me awhile to where I could just sit on the ball with no other contact points but it sure is good for developing balance.

I like to stand on one leg (on the ground, not on the ball!!! ) and move my arms, free leg, and body around in different positions while maintaining my balance, too.

If I tried that, my son would kick my leg on the floor out so he could watch me bounce. :D

I've seen that... quite amusing that the dude manhandles him so easily.

I tried the leg-shaving thing once... more out of curiosity thn anything else. It's a pain to keep up on it and I'm fairly lazy. That said, there are major portions of my legs that are hairless... most of them as a result of skin-on-rock encounters. ;)

 I have this visual going of a big rock out there somewhere with hairy chunks of skin stuck to it. And I just finished breakfast!

On one of my favorite trails we have this big tree right on the inside of a tight, narrow turn that we call the Skin Tree because, if you have any speed and want to make the turn, you have a high chance of wacking it with your forearm. It gets a little bloody from time to time but I haven't actually seen any strips of skin hanging from it (yet). :D

I practice balancing using an old skate deck and a full 2 liter bottle. Pull little shuvits, etc.

Okay, that image just grossed me out too. I guess I reap what I sow. Sorry.
