Hi..I am new here and i want ask....I want to buy Specialized hardrock -19 inch...But i am tall 190 cm...It is small for me **********?

That could potentially be one size too small for you, or it could be a great fit, depending on riding style and proportion. I'm 185cm, mostly torso, and ride a 19" Specialized, Fwiw.
