Yeah that article was a good read.

Its funny to see fake disk brakes on some wal-mart bikes. Me and some buds went to wal-mart one day to look at the "bikes", and one had a disk, just hanging off of a little cord thing, so it looked like it actuallly had disks. Not connected to cables or calipers or any thing. Just hanging there. We all had a good laugh at that one.

Well maybe not

Found this on the huffy page:
"Mountain bikes are super versatile-perfect for neighborhood rides on the street or bike path, yet equally at home in the dirt-kind of like sport utility vehicles. No matter where you're headed, a Huffy mountain bike will take you there on a path of fun and adventure."

I could not help but laugh at the last line. I would be interested in their definition of fun and adventure.
HAHA so true, i had a huffy once, my first "real" bike, needless to say even at the age of 8 i broke the rims, 2 times, my parents gave up and bought me an upgraded version HA, broke that too

now i dont ride a department store bike...
