Don't forget your gloves on your car

You might lose them.

I almost lost both my gloves. Luckily no one decided to pick them up off the middle of the road. One was around 300 feet from my parking spot but the other was around a mile down the road, took a nice stroll hoping and praying the whole way and ALAS it was there.

Had a friend that got scared of Y2K and took all his money out of the bank,
sold all his stock, His wife had the money in her purse, left it on top the
car and drove off. Nearly $200k, Never found it.

Congrat's on finding your gloves.

Congrats to you, I lost my gloves doing that. People in NV have no love for forgetful MTBers.

Is that a true story or urban legend? Sounds too crazy to be true. But that sucks for them though.

True story, Good friend and my barber for years. His wife was a Walmart employee, over thirty years and most of it was her stock. Around here
you can take Walmart stock to any bank and cash it in.

One lady got 10K shares when they were 5 cents and sold them at $1 to buy a house trailer. It is estimated she is living in a $60 million dollar
trailer now, if she had held on to the stock.

A large part of the cash was from a safety deposit box, un-reported income from rent houses.. He was afraid to call the police because of
the tax problem. It was never reported. He is 77 and still working, he has to to make ends meet. His wife passed away a couple years ago.
