Summer 2012 - Camping & Bike in the dolomites?

Hi,
I like the area (Rosengarten and Latemar) with my family this summer camping & biking in the Dolomites. On the website, there's not much, but my friends-bikers say that in the Dolomites region there is a campsite where the downhill tracks are next to them, over where there are many mountain bike tours for any conditions.(Me and my Children…) This camping is camping Vidor https://www.campingvidor.it/eng/primavera_bike_downhill.htm does anyone have experience?
Mountain bike or downhill: Anyone has more infos? How many tracks and what level? (on the main website of this area fassa.com, there are… no info) There is some experience of you?

Greetings Luuk (NL)

If you can read german you may have more luck over at https://www.mtb-news.de/forum/. I also hope to be able to make a trip to the alps this year, but some a bit closer. From the website it looks like a blast, but probably out of my price range .

I bet you could give them a call directly if you can't find more information.

I've gone skiing several times in the Val di Sole region of the Dolomites. Big mountain biking area. World Cups have been held there, including the finals at Commezzadura in 2011.

I'd love to go there in summer and spend a third of my time on a mountain bike, a third of my time on a road bike, a third of my time hiking and a third of my time drinking the local wine (Teroldego... yum).
