Cunningham Park - Mountain Bike Trail

Does anyone here do trailing in Cunningham Park? Where is the entry point for the trail? I entered at Francis Lewis Blvd & Union Turnpike and there were a lot of down trees and didn't see any signs that states the difficulty level of the trail. I will try it again to do deeper in the trail next time.
