Raceface VS Shimano chainwheels, Is the Performance the same?

I'm thinking of upgrading the Hollowtech I, Deore 3 piece cranks that came on the 07 Stumpjumper I recently purchased. I'm looking at some Shimano XT cranks on ebay, Hollowtech II, two piece. I noticed some have the original Shimano chainwheels, and some have replacement Raceface chainwheels. So my question, is the quality of raceface chainwheels equal to Shimano? Is there a performance difference? Thanks for any input.
I'm real satisfied with the chainwheels on the Shimano cranks I've had so far, but never owned Raceface.

I've run both, and see no performance difference. But if you decide to run RF, get what you can WHILE you can, RF is outta biz. Closed doors last year. And I am sad about that.

Nope, old news. Went out of business but former employee brought it back. Parts, gear and apparel available.

Most of my bike are shod with RF cranks/rings. I've just preferred them when it came to building or replacing. I do have Shimano and Campy ontwo bikes. No real performance difference.

OK, thanks for the feedback, that's what I wanted to know.
