CST Cyclops 2.4" vs Schwalbe Big Apple 2.35"
Have any of you ran both of these tires? I'm interested in which has lower rolling resistance, better ride, etc. I will be putting them on a 2004 Specialized Hardrock Sport with a Surly 1x1 rigid fork, so I should have clearance for the big rubber. I have been able to find lots of reviews of the Big Apples, and almost nothing about the CST Cyclops.
I can basically get 8 Cyclops tires for the price of 2 Big Apples. Is there enough difference between the tires to warrant the difference in price?
