ok, everybody, i have become increasingly annoyed lately on the fact that evrybody is talking all these weird terms. now, considering i have only really been heavily into mtb for about 3 months, i need a bit of help, one of the things i hear is hucking, now what is this? the weirdest thing I have heard so far is 'jibbing' i mean, what the hell does that mean? i often get different names for parts of a bike, eg the stem, some call it gooseneck, some call it this, some that, anyway what i was wondering was if anybody could give me a list of all different mtb terms, including those not listed, so i can actually have a conversation with somebody and know what their talking about, thanks guys & girls

Hucking is loosely defined as jumping onto / off things (ie "I Hucked that guy's car. He was seriously torqued off when I biffed")

no we're really not... He was giving you an example. "biffed" is crashing, of course.

Hang around here and ask questions and you'll learn a lot. I have (and continue to learn) and I've been riding mtb for almost 25 years!
