Bridgestone XFC?
Hello, first time poster here, hoping to get some info on a bike I came across for sale the other day at a second-hand bicycle store. It's a Japanese Bridgestone XFC, and looks like this , but in a sweet looking army green. The frame is in near-perfect condition, but the tyres need changing, the shifters are not original, the brakes are dodgy and the pedals are not worth mentioning. The bike is selling for around $230 USD, which seems like way too much from what I could tell, though I'm no expert.
I've tried all sorts of searches on the net and can't find a single thing about this model (except for the blurry picture), what year it's from, it's original components or what it sells for.
I'd appreciate any info or insight anyone might have about this bike. Thanks in advance!

I found a few sites that mention the XFC but none in english. Ive seen a few pics and from what I can tell its a low end mtb/hybrid w/front suspension, aluminum frame....not much more. maybe it was $230 at one point to someone but to me its not. Id be in at no more than $150 and that would be pushing it. Maybe Im way off base or just a bike snob but thats my opinion.
where in the country are bike shopping, how much are you willing to spend?

Thanks for the reply! I think you're probably right that $150 would definitely be pushing it. Anyway, I appreciate the info.
