First SS MTB: BOSS USA

Hi All,

A friend of mine who is a great guy owns a LBS in town. He sells used bikes. I've been waiting for a SS 29er to commute on. Been waiting for one to pop up in his store, but I saw this today:

Boss USA frame (AL), bb5 brakes, DT swiss front wheel (no-name back), WTB rocket, XTR cranks. Asking $300+ tax.

To ye who may know answers, would you bite? I tried researching BOSS USA but not much came up. They seem based in Oakland, CA.

Seems like a good deal, if you like it get it. You couldn't build that bike for 300 bucks.
