If you fix the brake(which shouldn't be all that much) you could probably ask $350. Otherwise, yeah $200

I have no idea what the prices of mountain bikes are in Cairo, Egypt or what the demand is.
In the US, a relatively new bike with those components would sell used for $300 tops, with a broken rear brake, $200 on a good day, $100 on a not so good day. Honestly, it's very hard to sell a bike around here with a broken brake cable unless you're price is so low, that someone who knows bikes will buy it to repair it, then flip it themselves. Fix the brake, then sell it.

^ What Rocco said. The problem is no one who knows how to fix a broken brake cable is likely to buy an Alivio equipped bike, and no one who wants an entry level bike knows how to fix the cable (and probably doesn't want to bring it to the shop for them to fix). As it stands now, I don't know what the market in Cairo looks like, but I think that the price you'd be able to sell it at would likely disappoint you. Fix it first.

The problem actually seems to be that a lot of people are suggesting running a brake cable from a hydraulic lever to a broken hydraulic caliper. If I owned that bike I'd try to bleed it first. It might be a simple fix.
