First mountain bike
 

Hello, post here. I'm in my mid-forties and I've be looking around for a first mountain bike to use for lite trail use and easy ridding.

I've came across this local add and looking for some opinions on this setup.
Bike does look clean and well taken care of.

Sounds nice guy. But if all your going to do is "lite trail use and easy ridding" then its 300% more bike and complexity than you need. Shop around for a good used hardtail. Specialised Trek Giant etc...Oh, and see D-minors thread on what advice he should ask for.

Yea, I know it's a bit overkill to start on I'm also looking for something I can grow into as I get better at ridding and more aggressive.
