What's the difference between..
These forks...
the InSync 323, InSync 320, RST191CL, and the RST Capa T4... Is there a website that explains these or does anyone know about them?

I had a RST 191 fork, and it was bad. Below 40, it doesn't work, and in the summer, it doesn't work either.

Here's 1 4 the "Old Timer'Z like me..."
RST (Rapid Susension Technology) makes nice products. I had their very 1st production model of a hydraulic valve air/spring suspension front fork, the RST 600.
It was well made, but I still managed to wear it out, way back in 1996.... Am I telling my age or what?
RST does manufacture good products. However, I'm not sure they're keeping up with the latest technology due to lack of funds....
Hope this helps someone....

You're right, they have good technology.. from about 3-5 years ago. Ive been using my RSTs for DH/FR and they've held up fine: never bottomed them out, theyre plush and never spiked on me. Minuses: Look crap (Dual crown with boots= not cool), old technology, questionable strength. Good beginner fork but if you're doing anything too serious, avoid them all.

Really why I'm asking is because I was told that is something I should sort of base my decision for the bike I am buying on. I'm looking at the '04 Specialized Hardrock XC or Sport with the XC coming with the RST Capa T4, the Sport coming with the RST Gilla T4, or the '04 Trek 4100 or 4300. The 4100 comes with the InSync 320 and the 4300 comes with the InSync 323. I'm having a tough time choosing between the 4 bikes and just want to know a little more about those forks...thanks for your help

Raiyn, maybe he doesn't want to spend that much. Many of the bikes in that thread are over $50 over 500
