I was reading up about this bike ( I have one) and didn't realize it was so rare. I haven't been able to find any for sale to know what thier value is. I was considering upgrading it and now am not sure if I should do anything to it other than chain/casset/cables. I will post some pics this weekend but I was wondering if others have this bike and what they have done with it :)

Check with the peanut gallery over at Retrobike (mainly euros) or the VRC forum over at MTBR if you want to know it's value. I wouldn't put anything modern on it, just replace the worn out bits.
