Tire sizing question

Can I fit a 26x 2.4 tire to my 26x1.50 rim and if so what tube size would I have to get?
The tires I'm looking at are the cst cyclops

Would be more concerned if you could fit it under fork/rear wheel arch, as thats a big tire. Fitting it on the rim shouldn't be an issue, although the profile won't be as good as with a wider rim. For a tube, just get one which has 2.4 on the specs, try your LBS for this.
