Help with Cannondale F300 Appraisal

Hi all. So I have a 2005 or 2006 Cannondale F300 mountain bike that I am looking to sell and am curious how much this bike is worth?

I am the original owner. The bike was lightly ridden, mainly on roads. No known mechanical issues with the bike, though it hasn't been ridden in a couple of years. In great cosmetic condition, except for the minor dirt that has accumulated over time.

I tried to take comprehensive pictures for y'all to get a good idea of the condition of the bike. Looking for all and any feedback!

Thanks

Spend another $50 on used Avid BB7 disc brakes and easily get $300 for it.

Hubs aren't disc compatible.
