Once again, they're made for emergencies. Use it all the time at home, and you'll wear the wrenches enough that they don't work the day you need them on the trail. Besides, if you're tightening down your bars/stem/brakes, etc, you should be using a proper tool for correct torque values. Don't be cheap, get a decent tool set for use at home as well.

It's adequate nothing more, not as good as a specialized one or anything but good enough for a trail emergency.

a side note about the stripped hex wrench: i emailed crank bros customer service, the emailed me back the next day requesting my address (in canada) and a few days later i got a replacement wrench in the mail, no questions asked, and did not have to mail them my stripped wrench.. their customer service is top notch and i reccomend them highly based on this. i also asked them about the chain tool and they say that it is not designed to remove the link completely..

let's hear it for crank bro's! A-#1!

Interesting ressurection...props for using the search function.:thumb: Thank God.

I've been using the big Specialized EMT for 5yrs now. Like it. Been considering the "big" Park though. I've got the little one and dig it.
