Disc pads

I was wandering if anyone has experience with kevlar brake pads?
According to Superstar, their kevlar pads bite better and last longer than their organic or sintered pads.

In theory, I see their point... Kevlar is very abrasion resistance, but does it bite better?

I'm not after super brake performance, but my Shimano brakes have just destroyed their rear pads (organic) for the third time in a very short time... The brake performance will just be a great side benefit.
