i need some good feedback

hi all....so i have a specialized camber 29....having fun on it.....its a year old.....its a heavy bike and thats ok,for 2000.00 you cant get everything....i have 1200.00 to play with and want to make my bike lighter....im not selling it and upgrading as it makes no sense money wise....just not doing it.....what would be your first move to lighten this bike up and of course im sure its rims....is 1200.00 plenty of cash to lighten up a bike?after rims what would be your next move?im not a racer and i ride about 40 miles a week about 3 times a week total.....all components on there are stock....could you recommend lighter wheel brands to me as well....i trust you guys more then bike shops ....but the bike shop i use has a real honest owner...how many pounds with 1200.00 dollars can i realistically shave off?is 3 lbs possible?thank you all and im too tired today to this this terrible grammar...thanks again

Leave that bike alone! It's perfect as it is....

$1200 can get you another bike altogether. Get a Sirrus Elite. Get Jamis Coda Elite. Get a GT Corsa 1.0. Get another ht mtb online or something. Just don't screw that bike up! Please!
