Specialized Epic FSR Seat Post Size?!?!?!?

Hi....new to this great forum.
I have a specialized epic FSR and am upgrading the stock seatpost to a thomposn elite or easton E70. Does anyone know the correct size for this stem and which stem is better in their opinion? Thanks. Rumor has it that Thompson is legendary. Thanks,

-Sam

30.9 for the seatpost. Thomson is king. There is no substitute.

Stem varries on your body position.

I will vouch for the quality and durability of a Thomson Elite seatpost.

Are they expensive? YES!

Are they worth it? YES!

I own numerous on my different bikes. If I had more money, I'd have one on EACH of my bikes.

I think I've got 4 currently.
