Anyone here have a Bell Bellistic?

I was just wondering if you sweat a lot in these DH helmets (example: Bell Bellistic) or does the padding let air through?

Safety is safety. It protects your jaw, which is a good thing. My friend has one and he says that it gets pretty hot after awhile. The padding can't allow air through because it is surrounded by hardshell plastic and hard foam.

I agree that they cant be beaten on Safety, but I would ONLY use one for some serious stuff, if your doing small drops, jumps and hucks and general riding like I think Drunken Chicken is doing on his hardrock, you'd be better off with either an XC helmet, or a Skate helmet, and if you dont like Skate helmets, get one of the Semi MX helmets that either Giro or Met makes.

I got a 661 bravo, and I only notice the heat when I stop. I am getting a skate style helmet for around town though, because of heat and looking like a fool. I am quite worried about my jaw though. I think I am definitely going to need a waterpack for the GA summer though.
