its really easy. go to any auto parts store, and buy a can of "aircraft grade paint remover spray". shoot the frame with it in a WELL ventilated area (unless you want one hell of a buzz), go for a 30 min ride, come back, viola, you have a bare bike. then spray some krylon clear coat on and your good to go. total time, maybe 1-1.5 hours.

thats how i stripped the paint off of my honda's valve cover, and that **** is high temp engine paint, it will surely work on normal paint for a bike.
