Trek Superfly vs. Trek Stache 29" Hardtails

I'm looking to buy a either a Stache 7 or a hardtail Superfly 7. I was wondering if anyone had any experience or input on which one is the better ride. I live near a large river valley with quite a few good trails but nothing extreme. I'll mostly be riding those. Any reviews someone can give me? Thanks!

Superfly 7 HT is a race bike.
Stache: Longer travel more of an all around trail hardtail.

I'd probably go with the stache.
