Using Hayes adaptors with Shimano XT rotors and calipers?

Hi There ,

Just want to check this out to make sure it will work . Going to swap my hayes 9s for shimano xt brakes and rotors . Will I need to get shimano adaptors or can I leave the hayes adaptors on?As long as the new rotor is the same size then it will be ok right ?

Yes. Rotor size for rotor size, mounting points are precisely the same industry-wide across all brands.
