About this MTB Frame

I finded this bicycle frame, it's MTB ...It looks nice,some clean up is necesery, costs 15 $ ...What you guys think about it.
I was wondering can you tell what brend,mark, or whatever it is...since i'm not expert in this.

The shock is the same as those found on low end, department store bikes. The crank has a cuff guard, the same as the cranks on low end department store bikes. There's a "shimano" decal on the top tube just like the decals found on department store bikes. The frame has a kick stand support that is never found on LBS brand name bikes.
Sorry, there's all kinds of evidence that this is a department store bike, nothing special.
