Recommend PSI for downhilling

Plan to do some downhilling soon at a ski hill. Runs are rocky and hard packed a bit. Loose gravel and rocks.

for a mtg bike what would be a recommend tire pressure? for good downhilling?

More info please. Your weight, tire size, rim width and tire type. Varies by trail conditions too. Or 30 psi.
