Anyone ride a Grove Innovations?
Ok I have to admit that I don't but I will some day. Bill Grove was a custom frame builder here in my area and in the late 80s and early 90s made several VERY nice bikes a few of which are collectors items these days. I was at the LBS on Sat and one of his old employees said he recently sold a used set of Grove pedals for $500 on eBay. My favorite is the X Frame, my mother's current husband happens to have 2 Groves, an X Frame and a 2-B-1 tandem. I told him that if he EVER sold them that I was first in line for both.
Here is a great site with info on Grove Innovations bikes.
They did FANTASTIC paint jobs too.
If anyone has a Grove they want to sell, especially an X Frame or a full springer let me know.

This is WAY late, but I have a Grove Innovations X Frame that I may be willing to part with. I love the bike, got it from a friend back in the 90's. Its in good shape. I wish I was more motivated and technologically savvy to hook it up. Let me know...

I used to ride the Hot Rod cranks back in the 90s.
No bendage at all, very adjustable, cool grease point, and pretty light for what they were.
Sold one set & have another still in the garage.

The Hot Rod Cranks from Rody are a more like a modern Version of the original GI´s
different shape, modern BB... that looks fine on actual bikes.
To an old GI bike belongs an original Hot Rod crankset in my opinion.
I own a Hardcore Frame and I´m looking for a original Hot Rod crankset to complete,
that´s the only way...
In fact that somebody could sell, please let me know.
